Lets reflect on our lives

If we seek happiness outside of ourselves, we are looking in the wrong place. Strength comes to us when we look at what is happening from within. Nothing is solved by changing partners or city to solve a problem. Regardless of how many things we change around us, if we do not change from within, we'll keep seeing the same things happening to us over again, making the same mistakes over and over again.
It's our way of thinking and feeling that colors the world around us.
A large part of our suffering is caused by the lack of attention to our inner self. To achieve a harmonious relationship with others, we must learn to control our mind and the millions of thoughts that often overwhelm us.
We must learn to communicate our feelings without exporting negative energy to others. When we feel bad inside, we must be extremely careful not to let that negative force affect our friends, family and partner.
I'm not saying we should keep our feelings hidden, because that is not always the best thing to do. To mute our wishes and aspirations ... to transform our minds into a time bomb ready to explode violently and without control
consequences is not a good path to take.
If we try to change the world to match our expectations and preferences, we are destined to fail. We will gain a positive force if we reach a state of total relaxation and, from the inside, we can observe what is happening in our lives. What we need is a mirror to show us exactly who we are and what parts of us would improve if the work on ti.
To achieve a harmonious relationship with others, we must learn to tame the mind and not damage it with a storm of thoughts. No one can dominate entirely the outside world. However, we can overcome anger, pride, desire, hatred and jealousy that is within us and that causes us to disagree with the world.
We are so used to try to change things that we can not even accept us as we are. The antidote against all that is wrong and too complicated, is to simplify everything. Once our mind has fully developed peace, and does not react negatively, no matter what happens, because we have learned to turn that negative energy into positive force.
A human balanced between two powerful forces. A positive force that pushes us towards the transformation of our nature and the ultimate realization, and a negative force that invites us to make selfish actions, to seek immediate gratification and transient pleasure.
Both forces act upon us with the same intensity all the time. The significance of the positive force is evident, but the negative force is essential for spiritual development.
